Through fun and challenging training, youth learn essential self-defense skills, improve their fitness, and develop a strong mindset. Whether they’re looking to compete or just get stronger, It helps kids grow both physically and mentally, setting them up for success on and off the mats!
Our Eagle Warrior program is designed to introduce key positions and techniques from the beginner and fundamental curriculum, with an introduction to more advanced Jiu-Jitsu concepts. Our goal is to give them the confidence and skills they need to excel and continue growing in Jiu-Jitsu throughout adulthood.
